  The worst unempathetic company ever!
  
  We are all trying to get through this lockdown with enough money and this company thinks it’s okay to grab $6000 from us and won’t refund.
  
  Absolutely pathetic. When asked about it “it’s not a circumstance of our doing”. Yh neither is it ours, we didn’t choose to have a COVID lockdown! You have a company that was still being used by those NOT in lockdown (and getting a revenue) and yet you have the audacity to still keep money that we all so desperately need during these lockdowns.

  I had an awesome morning with MTB instructor Tegan. First time doing down hill at Thredbo and I had a total blast. Can't wait to do it again.m/

  Interschools mountain biking event was fantastic, well run and kids had best time. Unfortunately the toilet facilities are disgraceful, old, decrepit, poorly lit and ventilated and worse no soap in middle of COVID and no visible cleaning regime, pretty embarrassing for international visitors, and pretty much unacceptable really!
